“Even though we undergo healthy diet or gobble continental, Chinese food throughout the year, the day of Poila Boisakh always draws us to the aura of nostalgia that we tend to content through our age-old Bengali dishes. Saptapadi has come up with this menu to evoke that emotion of Bengalis which is gradually fading away with the influence of modern culture”, said Chef Ranjan Biswas, partner, Saptapadi.
